Having a degree in commerce, Kalpesh has over 13 years of experience in current business and his core area is sales with government and private healthcare establishments. He liaisons with them in line with Vardhman’s policies and has ties with government, private and corporate hospitals across India. He also focusses on clinical research and organisational marketing.
Taking on Pharma business at a very young age, Kalpesh understands the economic conditions and high costs of specialty healthcare in India. He aims at providing world-class specialty healthcare at reasonable costs.
Kalpesh believes that pharma companies will have to develop supply chain models for different product types and patient segments. According to him, companies must learn to use their supply chain as a means of market differentiation and source of economic value. He believes that information flowing upstream drives the downstream flow of products and services.
